The 2025 redesign brings a more simplified exterior with cleaner lines and revised proportions, while keeping the fastback roof that distinguishes the Sportback from the standard Q5. Inside, the layout is anchored by Audi’s new Digital Stage display system, which combines the instrument cluster and infotainment touchscreen into a single sweeping panel. Other updates for this five-seat, midsized crossover include added cabin storage, improved rear seat adjustability, and expanded connectivity options.
We cover just the 2025 Q5 Sportback on this page. If you’re looking for more information on the performance-oriented SQ5 Sportback, the regular Q5, or the all-electric Q5 e, please see our individual overviews for those models.
