The model’s signature power comes from a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 that puts out 362 horsepower and 406 lb.-ft. of torque. That’s an increase of 13 horsepower over the previous model year, and it’s enough to launch the SQ5 Sportback from zero to 60 mph in just 4.6 seconds. All trims include Quattro all-wheel drive. This midsized crossover for five also brings expanded standard active safety features, like full Active Front Assist that includes evasive steering assist, turn assist, and front cross-traffic alert.
We cover the full lineup of Q5 variants. Be sure to look for our separate overviews of the standard Q5, Q5 Sportback, Q5 Plug-in Hybrid, and all-electric Q5 e.
